摘要
分析了CRH380B型动车组塞拉门解锁开门及关门锁定过程的控制逻辑及动作流程,基于塞拉门结构和工作原理指出了在实际运用检修中电动主锁结构具有较高的故障率,阐述了对主锁进行气动改造的必要性和有效性。对于气动改造实施方案的主要流程、内容进行了说明,并根据经验总结了改造过程中由于部件安装、管路连接、电气线路布置连接等原因可能产生的衍生故障,为更好地把控质量、保证安全提供了指导。
This article analyzes the control logic and the action process of unlocking and locking of the sliding plug door of CRH380B EMU,and based on the structure and the working principle of the sliding plug door,it indicates that the electrical main lock structure presents a high fault rate in actual operation and maintenance,and expounds the necessity and the effectiveness of the pneumatic transformation of the main lock.It describes the main process and the content of the implementing scheme of pneumatic transformation and summarizes the possible derived faults caused by the installation of components,the connection of pipes and the layout of electric circuits in course of transformation according to the experience so as to provide a guidance for better controlling the quality and guaranteeing the safety.
