摘要
新能源汽车,作为汽车工业未来发展方向,因其出行成本低、绿色低碳、驾驶感体验好、没有限行等优点而受到全社会广泛关注。推广和使用新能源汽车不但是低碳环保、绿色发展的民生需要,更是保证国家能源安全的一项重要战略举措。通过对沈阳市新能源汽车推广使用现状的研究,创新提出以“高校新能源汽车体验中心”建设为载体,推动沈阳市新能源汽车推广使用的重要观点。其最终目的是:开创沈阳市新能源汽车产业发展新篇章,推动沈阳市实现“全面振兴”和“绿色发展”这一双重目标,为沈阳市经济社会高质量发展贡献智慧。
New energy vehicles,as the future development direction of the automotive industry,have attracted widespread attention from the whole society due to their advantages such as low travel costs,green and low-carbon,good driving experience,and no restrictions on driving.Promoting and using new energy vehicles is not only a livelihood need for low-carbon environmental protection and green development,but also an important strategic measure to ensure national energy security.Through the study of the current situation of promoting and using new energy vehicles in Shenyang,an important viewpoint is innovatively proposed to promote the use of new energy vehicles in Shenyang through the construction of the "New Energy Vehicle Experience Center in Universities" as a carrier.Its ultimate goal is to create a new chapter in the development of the new energy vehicle industry in Shenyang,promote the dual goals of "comprehensive revitalization" and "green development",and contribute wisdom to the high-quality economic and social development of Shenyang.
