摘要
基于2011—2021年30个省份的面板数据,探究要素市场扭曲对农业全要素生产率的影响。将要素市场扭曲分为资本、劳动力和土地三个市场,采用固定效应模型和门槛回归模型分析要素市场扭曲、农业产业集聚和农业全要素生产率之间的关系。结果表明:要素市场扭曲抑制农业全要素生产率,而农业产业集聚能显著促进农业全要素生产率的提升;同时,门槛效应表明,在农业产业集聚程度较高的情况下,要素市场扭曲对农业全要素生产率的抑制作用会被扭转,且具有显著的区域异质性。基于此,建议引导资本、劳动和土地要素市场有序流动,加强技术创新力度和提升优化农业产业结构,推动农业产业一体化发展,推进农业全要素生产率的提升。
Based on the original data from 2000 to 2021,this paper explores the impact of factor market distortions on agricultural total factor productivity.Factor market distortion was divided into capital,labor and land markets,and the fixed effect model and threshold regression model were used to explore the relationship among factor market distortion,agricultural industry agglomeration and agricultural total factor productivity.The results show that factor market distortion inhibits agricultural total factor productivity,and agricultural industry agglomeration can significantly promote the improvement of agricultural total factor productivity.Threshold effect indicates that the inhibition effect of factor market distortion on agricultural total factor productivity will be reversed when the degree of agricultural industry agglomeration is high,with significant regional heterogeneity.Based on the findings,suggestions are put forward as follows:policies should be made to guide the orderly flow of capital,labor and land factor markets;technological innovation be strengthened;agricultural industrial structure be upgraded and optimized;and the integrated development of agricultural industry be promoted.Thus we will be able to foster the improvement of total factor productivity in agriculture.
