摘要
介绍了36AC-001型墙板铸件的结构及技术要求,详细阐述了传统工艺的浇注系统设计和大孔出流浇注系统设计,结合这两种浇注系统出现的浇注速度过慢、铸件气孔和砂眼缺陷较多等问题,在大孔出流理论的基础上,将内浇道截面积再扩大1.8倍,分散多道内浇道,控制内浇道流速低于0.5 m/s,使铁液充型平稳,铁液对砂型上表面作用时间较短,有效防止了铸件上表面产生的砂眼和氧化夹渣缺陷,并通过辅以U型浇注系统和倾斜浇注,使纺织机墙板铸件得表面质量满足高端纺织机的需求。
The structure and technical requirements of 36AC-001 wall panel castings were introduced.The design of the pouring system of the traditional process and the design of the large-hole outflow pouring system were elaborated.Combining these two pouring systems,according to the problem on slow pouring speed and too many casting pores and blisters,based on the theory of large hole outflow,the cross-sectional area of the gate was expanded by 1.8 times and multiple gates were dispersed.The flow rate of the gate was controlled at less than 0.5 m/s to ensure smooth filling of the molten iron.The molten iron acted on the upper surface of the sand mold for a shorter time,effectively preventing blisters and oxidized slag defects on the upper surface of the casting.By supplementing it with a U-shaped pouring system and tilted pouring,the surface quality of textile machine wall panel castings meets the requirements of high-end textiles machine needs.
