摘要
以“亦耕亦读”为核心理念的耕读教育,不仅作为涉农高校加强劳动教育的一种重要途径,更重要的是将中华优秀传统文化耕读与传家传承下去,具有全面的育人功能,如修德、长智、强体和塑美等。结合涉农高校开展耕读教育的现状归纳分析问题,从思想认识、顶层设计、课程建设、师资和机制建设方面提出意见建议。提出构建“543”耕读教育模式,即抓住劳动养成的“五个环节”,实施“四维一体”动态调整方略,利用“三全育人”服务保障,提升耕读教育实效,厚植涉农学子“三农”情怀。
Farming and reading education,with"Farming and reading"as the core concept,is not only an important way to strengthen labor education in agriculture-related colleges and universities,but also to pass on the excellent Chinese traditional culture,which has a comprehensive function of educating people.Such as moral cultivation,wisdom,physical strength,beauty and so on.Combined with the current situation of farming education in agriculture-related colleges and universities,this paper summarizes and analyzes the problems,and puts forward some opinions and suggestions from the aspects of ideological understanding,top-level design,curriculum construction,teachers and mechanism construction.This paper puts forward the construction of"543"Farming and reading education model,that is,grasping the"five links"of labor cultivation,implementing the dynamic adjustment strategy of"four-in-one",and making use of the service guarantee of"three-in-one education"to improve the effectiveness of farming and reading education.Cultivate the feelings of agriculture,rural areas and farmers among students involved in agriculture.
