摘要
钎焊用铝合金复合板外层使用的是亚共晶铝硅合金,钎焊时粗大初晶硅熔蚀芯材,降低铝合金复合板的成形性能。分析了亚共晶铝硅合金的初晶硅产生原理,研究了细化初晶硅的方法。降低原材料磷含量和增加铸造冷却强度有助于减少初晶硅,且不影响钎焊性能。
The brazing liner of aluminum alloy composite brazing sheet is made of hypoeu-tectic aluminum silicon alloy.During brazing,coarse primary silicon erodes the core materi-al,reducing the formability of aluminum alloy composite sheet.This article analyzes the principle of primary silicon production in hypoeutectic aluminum silicon alloys and studies the methods of refining primary silicon.It is concluded that reducing the phosphorus content of raw materials and increasing the casting cooling strength helps to reduce primary crystal silicon without affecting the brazing performance.
