摘要
职业本科院校的发展需要发挥教学质量评价机制的导向作用,当前职业本科院校的教学质量评价机制存在特色不足等问题,需要建立促进职业本科教育高质量发展的教学质量评价机制。分析了成果导向教育理念与职业本科教育理念的契合之处,提出基于成果导向的职业本科教学质量评价机制建立的路径:从学校层面基于成果导向打造职业本科教学质量评价特色;院系和专业层面结合院系专业特点形成成果导向教育理念的评价方案;课程层面注重评价内容与职业岗位群的衔接、建立基于工作过程设计与成果导向教育理念相融合的课程评价体系;学生层面建立基于成果导向教育理念的职业能力和综合职业素质培养的评价方案;教师层面注重成果导向教育理念教学质量评价对于促进教学设计、教学质量提升的作用。
The development of vocational colleges and universities needs to play the guiding role of teaching quality evaluation mechanism,so it is necessary to establish a teaching quality evaluation mechanism to promote the high-quality development of vocational colleges and universities.At present,there are some problems in the teaching quality evaluation mechanism of vocational colleges and universities.This paper analyzes the coincidence between the concept of results oriented education and the concept of vocational undergraduate education,and puts forward the path to establish the evaluation mechanism of vocational undergraduate teaching quality based on results oriented education:from the school level,build the characteristics of vocational undergraduate teaching quality evaluation based on results oriented education;The evaluation scheme of achievement oriented education concept is formed at the level of departments and majors in combination with the characteristics of the departments and colleges;At the curriculum level,we should pay attention to the connection between the evaluation content and the occupational post group,and establish a curriculum evaluation system based on the integration of work process design and results oriented education concept;At the student level,the evaluation scheme of vocational ability and comprehensive vocational quality training based on the concept of results oriented education should be established;At the teacher level,the teaching quality evaluation of the results oriented education concept plays a role in promoting teaching design and improving teaching quality.
