摘要
为缩短染色流程,制备茜素-Al(Ⅲ)络合染料,采用紫外-可见和红外光谱对络合物进行表征,分析茜素-Al(Ⅲ)络合染料用于涤纶针织物的染色效果,并与同媒染色工艺对比。结果表明:茜素-Al(Ⅲ)络合染料制备的优化工艺参数为:n(茜素)∶n(Al^(3+))=2∶1,pH值为5.00,反应温度40℃,时间30 min;当染色pH值为3.00时,络合染料染色的黄色谱涤纶织物K/S值增加了81.69%;当染色pH值为9.00时,络合染料染色的红色谱涤纶织物染色K/S值增加了11.72%;茜素-Al(Ⅲ)络合染料染色涤纶织物的耐干摩擦色牢度3级以上,耐湿摩擦色牢度2~3级以上,耐皂洗变色牢度4~5级。
In order to shorten the dyeing process,alizarin and Al(Ⅲ) complex dyes were prepared and characterized by ultraviolet-visible and infrared spectroscopy.The dyeing effects of alizarin and Al(Ⅲ) complex dyes on polyester knitted fabrics were analyzed and compared with the same dyeing process.The results show that the optimal process parameters for the preparation of alizarin and Al(Ⅲ) complex dyes are as follows:n(alizarin)∶n(Al^(3+))=2∶1,pH value 5.00,reaction temperature 40 ℃,and time 30 minutes.When the dyeing pH value is 3.00,the K/S value of yellow spectrum polyester fabric dyed with complex dyes increases by 81.69%.When the dyeing pH value is 9.00,the K/S value of red spectrum polyester fabric dyed with complex dyes increases by 11.72%.Dyeing polyester fabrics with alizarin and Al(Ⅲ) complex dyes has a dry rubbing fastness of more than grade 3,a wet rubbing fastness of more than grade 2~3,and a soaping and fading fastness grade of 4~5.
