摘要
随着人们生活水平的提高,食品安全问题受到越来越多的关注。食品中残留的农药、兽药以及各类污染物会对人体健康造成危害,因此准确检测食品中的各类残留物质至关重要。高效液相色谱-质谱联用技术具有灵敏度高、定性定量准确等优点,在食品残留物检测中发挥着重要作用。本文以高效液相色谱-质谱联用技术为切入点,分析了该技术在食品残留物检测中的应用现状、存在的问题及未来发展方向,旨在为食品残留物检测技术的发展提供参考。
With the improvement of people’s living standards,food safety has received more and more attention.Residual pesticides,veterinary drugs and various types of pollutants in food can be harmful to human health,so it is crucial to accurately detect various types of residues in food.High performance liquid chromatography-mass spectrometry has the advantages of high sensitivity and accurate characterization and quantification,and plays an important role in the detection of food residues.This paper analyzes the current status of the application of high performance liquid chromatography-mass spectrometry in the detection of food residues,the problems and the future development direction of this technology,aiming to provide a reference for the development of food residue detection technology.
