摘要 近年来,食品质量与安全面临着更多的机遇与挑战,食品检测作为食品安全监管的重要手段也急需推陈出新。本文基于海南省疾控系统构建“1+5+N”三级疾病预防控制体系,从人力资源、仪器配置、学科融合、区位特色重点实验室以及信息管理系统等方面优化疾控系统食品检验检测体系,为更好地促进海南省疾控系统食品检测产业的发展提供参考。 In recent years,food quality and safety have faced more opportunities and challenges,and food testing,as an important means of food safety supervision,urgently needs to be innovated.This article is based on the Hainan Provincial Disease Control System to construct a“1+5+N”three-level disease prevention and control system.It optimizes the food inspection and testing system of the disease control system from the aspects of human resources,instrument configuration,discipline integration,key laboratories with regional characteristics,and information management system,providing reference for better promoting the development of the food testing industry in Hainan province’s disease control system.
