摘要
目前受传统串行建筑运作模式影响,部分装配式项目依然执行“常规设计+二次拆分”,进而引起拆分的装配单元类型较多或拆分不干净现象,而在承继以上问题的同时,混凝土框架结构复合外墙出现了装配单元与结构体系之间“直接”连接的连接件暴露问题。基于此,以中国西部科技创新港科创基地7号楼(西安交通大学人居环境研究院)为例,首先对设计进行了修正,并建立了预埋龙骨的干式机械连接方式,从而使复合外墙与结构体系的干式连接得以优化与修正。
At present,affected by the conventional serial construction mode,some prefabricated buildings are still constructed by''conventional design+secondary splitting'',resulting in many assembly units or incomplete disassembly.In addition,the composite exterior wall of the concrete frame structure has the problem of exposure of connectors for"direct"connection between the assembly units and structural system.Taking Building 7 of Science and Technology Innovation Base of Western Science and Technology Innovation Port(Human Settlement Environment Research Institute of Xi'an Jiaotong University)as an example,the design was revised,and the dry mechanical connection of embedded keels was established,to optimize and correct the dry connection between the composite exterior wall and structural system.
