地方应用型高校机电类新工科专业研究性教学探索与实践

Exploration and practice of research-based teaching for new engineering majors of Mechanical and Electrical Engineering in local applied colleges and universities

摘要 分析了地方应用型高校机电类新工科专业在开展研究性教学过程中存在的障碍,并给出了解决这些障碍的有效途径。通过对管理评价模式、培养模式、师资队伍、硬件资源配置、平台构建等进行改革创新,可以充分调动师生参与研究性教学的积极性和主动性。通过开展研究性教学,增强教师的教学培养水平,提高学生的创新实践能力,为推动机电类新工科人才培养质量提升提供参考。 This article analyzes the obstacles that exist in the process of conducting research-based teaching in the new engineering majors of mechanical and electrical engineering in local applied colleges and universities,and provides effective ways to solve these obstacles.Practice has shown that by reforming and innovating management evaluation models,training models,teaching staff,hardware resource allocation,and platform construction,the enthusiasm and initiative of teachers and students to participate in research-based teaching can be fully mobilized.By conducting research-based teaching,the teaching and training level of teachers has been enhanced,students’innovative and practical abilities have been improved,and good results have been achieved,which provides a reference for promoting the improvement of the quality of training new engineering talents in the field of mechanical and electrical engineering.
