广西盾翅藤不同种源叶形态及生理的变异分析及综合评价

摘要 【目的】为广西盾翅藤的良种选育及开发利用提供参考。【方法】对广西西部的6个广西盾翅藤野生地理种源(靖西、龙州、大新、崇左、平果、大化)进行实地调查、采样、引种,对5个叶表型性状(叶长、叶宽、叶形指数、叶面积、叶周长)及5个生理指标(叶绿素含量、类胡萝卜素含量、可溶性糖含量、可溶性蛋白含量、游离脯氨酸含量)进行测定分析,而后进行相关性分析及聚类分析。【结果】游离脯氨酸含量在种源间差异显著,其余9项指标在种源间差异均达到极显著水平。所有指标种源内变化幅度为1.41%~71.84%,种源间性状变异系数由大到小依次为可溶性蛋白含量(29.93%)、叶面积(19.98%)、游离脯氨酸含量(17.24%)、总叶绿素含量(11.39%)、叶宽(11.05%)、类胡萝卜素含量(10.97%)、叶长(10.47%)、叶周长(10.33%)、叶形指数(8.51%)、可溶性糖含量(7.10%)。生理指标的变异程度总体大于叶表型性状。各类指标与种源地海拔、年平均气温、年均降水量、无霜期4项环境因子的相关性不显著,当种源地往东、北方向发展时,叶片先逐渐变狭长,而后逐渐变小。随着种源地的变化,生理指标呈现不同的变化趋势。广西盾翅藤叶片伸长、加宽与面积的扩大存在关联,叶绿素和类胡萝卜素2种光合色素的合成近乎同步,但叶片的变异与其生理指标间关系不明显。在所有指标中可提取3个主成分,累计贡献率90.602%,6个种源根据综合得分由高到低排序依次为大新、龙州、崇左、靖西、大化、平果。可将6个地理种源分为3类,平果、崇左2个种源各单为一类,其余种源(大新、龙州、靖西、大化)被归为同一大类。【结论】所有种源中大新、龙州2个种源的综合表现较佳,适宜在南宁地区引种种植并深入挖掘。 【Objective】To provide reference for the breeding,development and utilization of the improved varieties of Aspidopterys concave.【Method】6 wild geographic provenances of A.concava(Jingxi,Longzhou,Daxin,Chongzuo,Pingguo,Dahua)in the west of Guangxi were investigated,sampled and introduced into Nanning,and 5 leaf phenotypic characters(leaf length,leaf width,leaf shape index,leaf area,leaf circumference)and 5 physiological indices(chlorophyll content,carotenoid content,soluble sugar content,soluble protein content,free proline content)were determined and analyzed,and then correlation analysis and principal component analysis were determined.【Result】The free proline content among different provenances showed significant differences,and all the other 9 indices had highly significant differences among provenances.The provenances of all indices ranged from 1.41%to 71.84%.The variation coefficient of traits among provenances was as follows:soluble protein content(29.93%),leaf area(19.98%),free proline content(17.24%),total chlorophyll content(11.39%),leaf width(11.05%),carotenoid content(10.97%),leaf length(10.47%),leaf circumference(10.33%),Leaf shape index(8.51%),and soluble sugar content(7.10%).The variation degree of physiological indexes was generally higher than that of leaf phenotypic traits.There was no significant correlation between all indexes and four environmental factors(altitude,annual mean temperature,annual mean precipitation and frost-free period).When provenance moved to the east and north,the leaves first became narrow and long,and then gradually became smaller.Physiological indexes showed different trends with the change of provenance.There was a correlation between leaf elongation and leaf width and area expansion,and the synthesis of the two photosynthetic pigments was nearly synchronous,but the relationship between leaf variation and physiological indexes was not obvious.Three principal components could be extracted from all the indexes,and the cumulative contribution rate was 90.602%.The score order of the six provenances were Daxin,Longzhou,Chongzuo,Jingxi,Dahua,Pingguo from high to low.Cluster analysis showed that the 6 geographical provenances were divided into 3 categories,the Pingguo and Chongzuo provenances were only one category,and the rests(Daxin,Longzhou,Jingxi,Dahua)were placed in the same category.【Conclusion】Among all the provenances,Daxin and Longzhou had the best comprehensive performance,which was suitable for introduction and planting in Nanning area and further excavation.
