摘要
某钢结构加工车间厂房自建成后持续进行沉降监测,发现结构不均匀沉降问题持续至今,且已影响到正常的生产任务。经现场检测发现,结构的不均匀沉降主要由地基问题引起,为消除因基础不均匀沉降引起的上部结构附加应力且保证厂房结构的安全,文章提出了一种未来沉降调整方案。该方案允许结构发生一定程度的不均匀沉降,当不均匀沉降达到一定限值后,可实时进行校正处理。该加固方法施工简单,成本较低,对其他类似工程有一定的借鉴意义。
The settlement monitoring of a steel structure processing workshop plant has been continuously carried out since its completion.It is found that the problem of uneven settlement of the structure continues to this day and has affected the normal production tasks.Through on-site inspection,it is found that the uneven settlement of the structure is mainly caused by the foundation problem.In order to eliminate the additional stress on the superstructure caused by the uneven settlement of the foundation and ensure the safety of the plant structure,this paper proposes a future settlement adjustment scheme.The scheme allows a certain degree of uneven settlement of the structure.When the uneven settlement reaches a certain limit,real-time correction processing can be carried out.The reinforcement method is simple in construction and low in cost,which has certain reference significance for other similar engineering.
