摘要
文章以广州某采用锚索工法施工的超深基坑工程为例,针对该基坑开挖过程中出现的桩顶及支护结构水平位移等变形数据超限问题,参建各方通过采用回填基坑、加强支撑及架设临时钢支撑等应急措施,有效控制基坑围护整体变形趋势,为后续主体结构施工提供了安全保障。最后总结了基坑围护选型、质量控制、施工监测、应急抢险等设计或施工环节关注点及问题,以期对类似围护及地层条件的深基坑的后期设计方案、施工控制及现场管理提供相关经验。
Taking an ultra-deep foundation pit engineering constructed by anchor cable method in Guangzhou as an example,aiming at the problems of deformation data overrun such as horizontal displacement of pile top and support structure during the excavation of the foundation pit,the parties involved in the construction effectively control the overall deformation trend of the foundation pit enclosure by adopting emergency measures such as backfilling foundation pit,strengthening support and erecting temporary steel support,which provides safety guarantee for the subsequent construction of the main structure.Finally,the key points and problems in the design or construction of foundation pit support selection,quality control,construction monitoring,emergency rescue and so on are summarized,in order to provide relevant experience for the later design scheme,construction control and field management of deep foundation pit with similar enclosure and stratum conditions.
