安徽花亭湖浮游生物调查及水质分析

Investigation on Plankton Resources and Water Quality Analysis of Huating Lake in Anhui Province

摘要 2022年7月和10月分别调查了安徽花亭湖的浮游生物状况,并利用Shannon-Wiener多样性指数、Pielous均匀度指数和Margalef丰富度指数对其水质进行评价,研究花亭湖现阶段浮游生物群落组成和多样性状态。结果表明,共鉴定出浮游植物6门35属51种(包括变种和变型),其中蓝藻门最多(47.06%),其次是绿藻门(27.45%)和硅藻门(11.77%)。浮游植物的平均密度和生物量分别为9.57×10^(6)cell/L、5.24 mg/L。浮游植物的优势种共6种,分别为蓝藻门的放射微囊藻(Microcystisbotrys)、挪氏微囊藻(Microcystis novacekii)、多变鱼腥藻(Anabaena variabilis)、崎岖鱼腥藻(Anabaena inaequalis)和硅藻门的颗粒直链藻(Melosira granulata)、颗粒直链藻极狭变种螺旋变型(Melosira granulata var.angustissima f.spiralis),其优势度分别为0.476、0.043、0.035、0.023、0.054和0.071。浮游植物的Shannon-Wiener多样性指数和Pielou均匀度指数季节差异不明显,而Margalef丰富度指数夏季大于秋季。此次调查共鉴定出浮游动物3门15科15属23种,包括节肢动物6种、轮虫11种、原生动物5种。浮游动物的平均密度和生物量分别为398.44个/L和4.33 mg/L。浮游动物的优势类群共3种,分别为轮虫纲的螺形龟甲轮虫(Keratella cochlearis)和节肢动物门的透明温剑水蚤(Thermocyclops hyalinus)、无节幼体(Nauplius),其优势度分别为0.256、0.042和0.223。浮游动物的Shannon-Wiener多样性指数、Pielou均匀度指数和Margalef丰富度指数均是夏季大于秋季。综合判断花亭湖水体为中营养偏清洁型。 The status of plankton in Huating Lake,Anhui Province was investigated in July and October 2022,and the water quality was evaluated using the Shannon-Wiener diversity index,Pielous evenness index and Margalef richness index,the current composition and diversity status of plankton communities in Huating Lake were studied.The result showed that there were 51 species of phytoplankton belonging to 6 phylums 34 genera in the lake.Cyanophyta was the main species(47.06%of the sum),followed by Chlorophyta(27.45%of the sum)and Bacillariophyta(11.77%of the sum).The average density and biomass of phytoplankton was 9.57×10^(6) cell/L and 5.24 mg/L,respectively.There were 6 dominant species of phytoplankton,which were Microcystis botrys,Microcystis novacekii,Anabaena variabilis,Anabaena inaequalis of cyanobacteria and Melosira granulata,Melosira granulata var.angustissima f.spiralis of Bacillariophyta,their advantages were 0.476,0.043,0.035,0.023,0.054 and 0.071,respectively.The seasonal difference between Shannon-Wiener diversity index and Pielou evenness index of phytoplankton was not significant,while the Margalef richness index was greater in summer than in autumn.23 species belonging to 15 families 15 genera of zooplankton from 3 categories were identified.The amount of the Protozoa,Rotifer and Arthropoda of the zooplankton were 5,11,6 species,respectively.There were 3 dominant species of zooplankton,which were Keratella cochlearis of Rotifera and Thermocyclops hyalinus of Arthropoda and Nauplius,their advantages were 0.256,0.042 and 0.223,respectively.The Shannon-Wiener diversity index,Pielou evenness index and Margalef richness index of zooplankton were all higher in summer than in autumn.The water of the Huating Lake was little cleaner than mesotrophication according to the comprehensive evaluation of our investigation results.
