摘要
工业软件被称为工业制造的大脑与神经,然而由于欧美软件占据市场主导地位,工业软件成为我国工业行业中的弱势领域。生态位战略立足国产工业软件行业现状,有助于企业厘清市场竞争法则,选择合适的生存战略。借鉴生态位理论,依托企业生态位重叠度、生态位宽度的内涵,对减轻国产工业软件的竞争压力作出尝试性探索。并通过创元对北仑模具行业进行数字化改造的案例,对我国工业软件的生态位发展策略进行适用性分析。该研究可为国产工业软件企业提供借鉴参考,使其找准发展空间,推动国产工业软件持续健康发展。
Industrial software is called the brain and nerve of industrial manufacturing.Due to the dominance of European and American soft⁃ware in the market,industrial software has become a weak area in China′s industrial sector.Niche strategy is based on the current situation of domestic industrial software,which helps it find its own development orientation.Based on the niche strategy theory,try to reduce the competi⁃tive pressure of domestic industrial software from multiple angles.And through the case of Chuangyuan′s digital transformation of Beilun mold industry,the applicability of China′s industrial software ecological niche development strategy is analyzed.Provide reference for domestic in⁃dustrial software enterprises,so that they can find the right development space and promote the sustainable and healthy development of domes⁃tic industrial software.
