摘要
大型铝合金整体框类零件机加变形问题一直制约着航空制造业的发展,尤其是框类零件局部缘条发生变形一直难以控制.为了对框类零件局部进行校形,本文在分析了大型铝合金整体框机加零件变形机理的基础上,重点讨论了利用喷丸校形工艺对框类零件进行局部校形的方法,分析了不同喷丸校形工艺参数、预应力以及热处理对校形效果的影响.研究结果表明,增加喷丸强度有助于提升喷丸校形量,但是具有饱和的趋势;采用预应力喷丸可以在较小的喷丸强度下实现较大的校形量,且尺寸稳定;喷丸校形后的常规喷漆等热处理对喷丸校形效果影响很小,喷丸校形效果稳定.
The deformation of large aluminum alloy frame parts during machining has been restricting the development of the aviation industry.In particular,it is difficult to control the deformation of the local edge of the frame.Based on the analysis of deformation mechanism of large aluminum alloy frame parts,this paper focuses on the method of local calibration of frame parts by shot peening process,and analyzes the influences of shot peening process parameters,prestress and heat treatment on the calibration effect.It indicates that increasing the peening intensity is helpful to increase the peening amount,but the effect tends to be saturated.The prestressed shot peening can achieve a large calibration amount and a stable sizing effect under a small shot peening intensity.The conventional spray paint heat treatment after shot peening has little influence on the effect of shot peening sizing,indicating satisfactorily stable sizing effect.
