摘要
随着经济的不断发展,建筑工程在中国国民经济中占据着举足轻重的地位。然而,在建筑工程建设过程中,工程造价问题一直是困扰业内人士的一个难题。如何有效地控制建筑工程造价,提高工程效益,是当前亟待解决的问题。在实践中,动态管理模式是控制成本,提升造价管理水平的重要手段。为此,论文从动态管理的概念及特点入手,探讨了当前建筑工程造价工作中存在的问题,比详细提出了基于动态管理的建筑工程造价控制措施,希望对解决这一问题有所帮助。
With the continuous development of economy,construction engineering occupies a pivotal position in China’s national economy.However,in the process of construction engineering,the problem of project cost has always been a difficult problem in the industry.How to effectively control the cost of the construction project and improve the project efficiency is an urgent problem to be solved.In practice,the dynamic management mode is an important means to control the cost and improve the level of the cost management.Therefore,this paper starts from the concept and characteristics of dynamic management,discusses the problems existing in the current construction project cost work,and puts forward the construction project cost control measures based on dynamic management in detail,hoping to solve this problem.
