摘要
闭合性软组织潜行脱套伤,又称Morel-Lavallée损伤(Morel-Lavallée lesion,MLL)。最早在1863年,法国医师Morel-Lavallée描述了一位不慎从行驶的火车上掉落的患者,该患者大腿近侧软组织受到损伤后,人体的体液积聚导致浅层软组织从深筋膜剥脱,致使机体出现独特的创伤积液现象,后来Letournel和Judet将所有这种潜行脱套损伤均称为MLL[1]。创伤引起的软组织疾患在临床上十分常见,而闭合性软组织潜行脱套伤比较少见。
Objective To summarize the etiology,clinical manifestations,pathological process,classification,auxiliary examination,complications and treatment of closed soft tissue degloving injury through clinical and literature analysis,so as to provide references for its clinical diagnosis and treatment.Methods The diagnosis,treatment,and literature analysis of a case of closed soft tissue stealth degloving injury in our department were recorded and analyzed.Results The patient,a 21-year-old female,was diagnosed as“skin degloving injury of lower limbs”caused by trauma.The patient's condition changed rapidly.Emergency surgery was applied on the second day after admission,and the patient was bandaged after operation.The wound and surrounding tissues recovered well after dressing change on the fourth day after operation,and the skin color around the wound was close to normal on the third day after discharge.Conclusions Early surgical treatment and bandage fixation will promote the rapid recovery after closed soft tissue stealth degloving injury.
