摘要
现代学徒制是一种新型人才培养模式,针对现代学徒制教学质量评价研究较少的现状,通过梳理和研究教育评价的基本理论,具体分析了教育家斯塔弗比姆提出的CIPP模式,该模式在教育评价中具备全面性和可行性。结合现代学徒制教学的特点,提出了基于CIPP模式的现代学徒制教学质量评价体系,对现代学徒制的专业办学定位、人才培养方案、教学过程和教学成果设置具体评价指标,并阐述了评价体系的实施方法,为提升现代学徒制教育教学质量提供参考和保障。
The modern apprenticeship system is a new talent cultivation model.In view of the present situation of less research on the evaluation of teaching quality of modern apprenticeship system,through combing and researching the basic theory of education evaluation,this paper analyzes the CIPP model proposed by educator D.L.Stufflebeam,which has comprehensibility and feasibility in education evaluation.Based on the characteristics of modern apprenticeship system teaching,this paper proposes a modern apprenticeship system teaching quality evaluation system based on CIPP model,sets specific evaluation indicators for the major orientation,talent training program,teaching process and teaching results setting of modern apprenticeship system,and expounds the implementation methods of the evaluation system,so as to provide reference and guarantee for improving the teaching quality of modern apprenticeship system education.
