摘要
高温合金因其在极端工作条件下表现出色的特性,被广泛应用于航空、能源等领域。然而,其加工工艺的优化仍然是一个充满挑战的领域。本文以提高高温合金产品质量和性能为目标,系统性地研究了原材料选择、物理性能、化学性能等多个方面。在此基础上,结合先进的熔炼、铸型设计、浇注和热处理技术,提出了一系列精细化的加工工艺优化策略。
Superalloys are widely used in aviation,energy and other fields because of their excellent performance under extreme working conditions.However,the optimization of its processing technology is still a challenging area.In order to improve the quality and properties of superalloy products,the selection of raw materials,physical properties,chemical properties and other aspects were systematically studied in this paper.On this basis,combined with advanced melting,mold design,pouring and heat treatment technology,a series of fine process optimization strategies are proposed.
