摘要
介绍了发动机连接器接触片的级进模设计,分析了零件的结构特点及排样方案,并对主要设计难点进行了分析,解决了零件弯曲支脚高、抬料高、抽芯距离长、卸料行程大的难题。模具经生产实践验证:成形的零件尺寸达到了要求,生产稳定,动作可靠,对类似零件的成形具有一定的参考作用。
The design of progressive die for engine connector contact chip was introduced,the structural characteristics and blank layout scheme of the part were analyzed,and the main design difficulties of the part were analyzed,which solved the problems of high bending foot,high sheet lifting,long core pulling distance,and large stripping stroke of the parts.The production practice verified that the size of the formed part met the requirements,the production was stable,the action was reliable,and it provide references for the forming of similar parts.
