摘要
目的探讨针对性护理在小儿惊厥急诊护理中的应用效果。方法选取2020年4月至2023年4月济南市第三人民医院儿科病区收治的50例小儿惊厥患儿,均采取急救措施,根据不同的护理方式分为观察组和对照组,各25例。对照组采用常规护理干预,观察组采用针对性护理干预,比较两组心理状态(DSRSC、SCARED)、生活质量及家属护理满意度。结果观察组护理总满意率高于对照组(P<0.05);护理后观察组DSRSC、SCARED评分低于对照组(P<0.05);护理后观察组生活质量高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论针对性护理在小儿惊厥急诊护理中应用,可以提升护理满意度,调节心理状态,提升生活质量。
Objective To explore the application effect of targeted nursing in emergency nursing of children with convulsion.Methods A total of 50 children with convulsion admitted to the Pediatric Ward of Jinan Third People’s Hospital from April 2020 to April 2023 were selected,and all of them were given emergency measures.According to different nursing methods,they were divided into observation group and control group,with 25 cases in each group.The control group was given routine nursing intervention,and the observation group was given targeted nursing intervention.The psychological state(DSRSC,SCARED),quality of life and family nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results The total nursing satisfaction rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).After nursing,the scores of DSRSC and SCARED in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).After nursing,the quality of life in the obse rvation group was hi gher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of targeted nursing in emergency nursing of children with convulsion can improve nursing satisfaction,adjust psychological state an d improve quality of life.
