摘要
目的:探讨益气活血汤联合艾灸对四肢骨折术后气虚血瘀证患者的影响。方法:选取四肢骨折术后气虚血瘀证患者,随机分为对照组和观察组,每组60例,均连续治疗14 d。对照组接受常规康复治疗,观察组在对照组基础上联合益气活血汤和艾灸治疗。比较两组患者治疗前后的中医证候积分、患肢功能恢复情况、患肢肿胀度、骨代谢状态、凝血功能及并发症发生率。结果:治疗后,观察组患者中医证候评分各项数值低于对照组(均P<0.05)。观察组患者四肢功能恢复理想率高于对照组,观察组活化部分凝血活酶时间、凝血酶原时间、凝血酶时间长于对照组,差异有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。观察组骨碱性磷酸酶、骨钙素、碱性磷酸酶水平高于对照组,而Ⅰ型胶原羧基端肽低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。观察组术后相关并发症总发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:益气活血汤联合艾灸治疗四肢骨折术后气虚血瘀证可有效改善患肢功能恢复状况,加速抗凝血作用,促进术后患者恢复,减少相关并发症发生。
Objective:Explore effect of Yiqi Huoxue prescription combined with moxibustion on patients with Qixu Xueyu syndrome afterlimb fracture surgery.Methods:Patients with Qixu Xueyu syndrome afterlimbs fracture surgery were enrolled and randomly divided into control group and observation group,60 cases in each group.All patients were treated foR14 days.The control group were given routine rehabilitation treatment,while the observation group given Yiqi Huoxue prescription combined with moxibustion on the basis of the control group treatment.The scores of TCM syndromes,functional recovery and swelling of affected limbs,bone metabolism status,coagulation function and incidence of complications were compared between the two groups before and aftertreatment.Results:AfteRtreatment,scores of TCM syndromes in the observation group were lowerthan those in the control group(P<0.05).The good rate of limb function recovery in the observation group was higheRthan that in the control group.The activated partial thromboplastin time,prothrombin time and thrombin time were longeRthan those in the control group,difference statistically significant(all P<0.05).The levels of bone alkaline phosphatase,bone gla protein and alkaline phosphatase in the observation group were higheRthan those in the control group,while type I collagen carboxy-terminal peptide lowerthan that in the control group,difference statistically significant(all P<0.05).The total incidence of postoperative complications in the observation group was lowerthan that in the control group,difference statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Yiqi Huoxue prescription combined with moxibustion therapy can effectively improve functional recovery of affected limbs,accelerate anticoagulant effect,promote recovery and reduce incidence of complications in patients with Qixu Xueyu syndrome afterlimbs fracture surgery.
