摘要
目的:观察积极心理护理在应对突发公共卫生事件护士群体中的应用效果。方法:选取2023年1—2月郑州大学第三附属医院应对突发公共卫生事件的160名护理人员进行前瞻性研究,按照随机数字表法将其分为对照组和观察组各80名。对照组实施常规心理护理,观察组在对照组基础上实施积极心理护理,两组均持续护理6周。比较两组护理前后心理弹性[Connor-Davidson心理弹性量表(CD-RISC)]评分、应对方式[简易应对方式问卷(SCSQ)]评分、应急能力评分和敬业程度(盖洛普Q12量表)评分。结果:护理后,观察组坚韧、乐观、力量等CD-RISC各维度评分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);护理后,观察组积极应对评分高于对照组,消极应对评分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);护理后,观察组应急能力评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);护理后,观察组盖洛普Q12量表评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:积极心理护理应用于应对突发公共卫生事件护士群体,可提高其心理弹性评分、应急能力评分和敬业程度评分,改善应对方式评分,效果优于常规心理护理。
Objective:To observe application effect of positive psychological nursing in nurses responding to public health emergencies.Methods:A prospective study was conducted on 160 nursing staffs who responded to public health emergencies in the third affiliated hospital of Zhengzhou university from January to February 2023.According to the random number table method,they were divided into control group and observation group,80 cases in each group.The control group was given routine psychological nursing,while the observation group was given the positive psychological nursing on the basis of that of the control group.Both groups received continuous nursing for 6 weeks.The scores of psychological resilience[Connor-Davidson resilience scale(CD-RISC)],the coping style[simple coping style questionnaire(SCSQ)],the emergency capability score and the dedication degree(Gallup Q12 scale)were compared between the two groups before and after the nursing.Results:After the nursing,the scores of CD-RISC dimensions such as tenacity,optimism and strength in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After the nursing,the positive coping score of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,the negative coping score was lower than that of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After the nursing,the emergency capability score of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Further,after the nursing,the score of Gallup Q12 scale in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusions:The positive psychological nursing to the nurse group responding to public health emergencies can improve their psychological resilience scores,the emergency capability and the dedication scores,and improve their coping style scores.Moreover,it is superior to the conventional psychological nursing.
