神宁炉气化装置激冷室的优化改造

摘要 针对2000吨级神宁炉干煤粉气化运行过程中存在的激冷室液位偏低、粗煤气带水带渣、管线磨损等问题,通过简单工程计算和CFD软件模拟计算了激冷室粗煤气和激冷水的流动状态,结果发现激冷室下降管尺寸偏小是造成上述问题的主要原因。将原设计中下降管内径扩径0.15 m,激冷室液位由原来的20%提高到30%左右,破泡齿无架渣,每月激冷水泵滤网清理频次由9次降到3次。 Aiming at such problems as low liquid level in the quenching chamber,water and slag entrainment in the raw gas and pipeline wear in the dry pulverized coal gasification operation of 2000-ton Shenning furnace,the flow state of the raw gas and chilled water in the quenching chamber was calculated through simple engineering calculation and CFD software simulation.The results showed that the main reason for the above problems was the smaller size of the downcomer of the quenching chamber.The originally designed inner diameter of the downcomer was enlarged by 0.15 m,the liquid level of the quenching chamber was increased from the original 20% to about 30%,slag was not added to the bubble-breaking teeth,and the monthly cleaning frequency of the filter screen of the chilled water pump was reduced from 9 times to 3 times.
