摘要
研究采用高分辨率电感耦合等离子体质谱法测定煤炭中微量元素,首先将煤炭样品进行灰化处理和消解处理,制得样本溶液,然后使用高分辨率电感耦合等离子体质谱仪对样本溶液中的微量元素进行检测,并使用标准溶液开展加标检测。实验结果表明:当氟化氢铵用量为0.2 g时,在90℃、220℃、230℃的环境中分别消解30 mi n、130 mi n、140 mi n,能够获得消解效果较好的煤炭样品;测定出煤炭样品中含有的12种微量元素;该方法符合煤炭中微量元素测定的要求,且检出限较低、灵敏度和准确度均较高。
A high resolution inductive coupling plasma mass spectrometry method was used to determine the trace elements in coal,first,the coal samples were subjected to ashing and digestion to prepare a sample solution.Then,a high resolution inductive coupling plasma mass spectrometer was used to detect the trace elements in the sample solution,and standard solutions were used for spiking test.The experimental results showed that when the amount was 0.2 g,coal samples with good digestion effects could be obtained by digesting at 90℃,220℃ and 230℃ for 30 min,130 min and 140 min respectively.And 12 trace elements were detected in the coal sample.This method met the requirements for the trace elements determination in coal,and had a low detection limit,high sensitivity and accuracy.
