摘要
随着新课程改革内容深度应用,教育体系迎来全新发展契机,实现现代化教育体系建设,为培养高质量人才提供有力支撑。高职院校作为教育体系的人才培养主阵地,应结合当下教育发展形势进行学生管理模式优化,保证教学管理质量符合预期发展目标,能与教育体系改革内容形成呼应。由于教育改革事业如火如荼进行,这也倒逼高职院校进行人才培养体系创新优化,以全新学生管理模式作为基础推动培养制作完善。要充分结合三全育人理念进行学生管理模式改革,保证对学生进行正向引领。本文旨在研究三全育人背景下高职院校学生管理模式的创新对策,以期为高职学生管理发展提供借鉴经验。
With the in-depth application of the new curriculum reform content,the education system has ushered in a new development opportunity,realizing the construction of a modern education system,and providing a strong price adjustment for cultivating high-quality talents.As the educational reform undertaking is in full swing,it has forced higher vocational colleges to innovate and optimize their talent cultivation system,and promote the improvement of cultivation and production based on a new student management model.The purpose of this paper is to study innovative countermeasures for student management models in higher vocational colleges under the background of“three complete education”,with a view to providing reference experience for the development of student management in higher vocational colleges.
