摘要
目的:调查临床医生营养风险筛查的现状,为进一步规范住院患者营养管理提供参考依据。方法:采用便利抽样法,应用成人营养筛查认知度调查问卷对山西某三级甲等医院的临床医生进行调查。结果:244名医生中,233名(95.5%)医生知晓成人营养筛查表,89名(36.5%)医生能够亲自全程根据成人营养风险筛查表筛查患者,55名(22.5%)医生知晓营养风险筛查分值,160名(65.6%)医生知晓营养风险筛查评估频次,110名(45.1%)医生非常重视住院患者营养状况,44名(18.0%)医生通过培训获取营养知识。结论:临床医生对营养风险筛查认识不足,应开展系统规范的培训,完善临床营养专业队伍建设。
Objective:To assess the current state of nutritional risk screening among clinicians and to provide a reference for further regulating nutritional management for inpatients.Methods:In this study,convenience sampling was used to examine the awareness of adult nutrition screening among the clinical doctors of a tertiary hospital in Shanxi Province.Results:There were 244 doctors surveyed,of whom 233(95.5%)were aware of the adult nutrition screening table,89(36.5%)were personally responsible for assessing patients'nutritional risk,55(22.5%)doctors knew the nutritional risk screening score,160(65.6%)doctors knew how frequently nutritional risk screening assessments were conducted,110 doctors(45.1%)paid close attention to the nutritional status of inpatients,and 44 doctors(18.0%)acquired nutritional knowledge through training.Conclusions:Based on the results,clinicians do not have a thorough understanding of nutritional risk screening,therefore standardized and systematic training should be conducted to enhance the construction of a clinical nutrition professional team.
