摘要
目的研究血脂指标组合与高尿酸血症的关系。方法回顾性分析2020年1月—2022年12月牡丹江医学院附属红旗医院89例高尿酸血症患者的临床资料,将患者作为研究组,选择同期89例体检健康者的资料作为健康组。检测高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(high-density lipoprotein cholesterol,HDL-C),低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(low-density lipoprotein cholesterol,LDL-C),总胆固醇(total cholesterol,TC)表达水平,分析各指标表达差异及其与疾病发生的相关性。结果相较于健康组,研究组TC(4.65±0.45)mmol/L、LDL-C(3.65±0.20)mmol/L呈更高水平,HDL-C(1.14±0.23)mmol/L呈更低水平,差异有统计学意义(t=4.057、14.008、13.309,P均<0.05)。根据尿酸水平的不同分为高尿酸组(>8 mg/dl)、低尿酸组(7~8 mg/dl)。相较低尿酸组,高尿酸组TC(4.80±0.53)mmol/L、LDL-C(3.78±0.23)mmol/L呈更高水平,HDL-C(0.90±0.16)mmol/L呈更低水平,差异有统计学意义(t=4.301、8.339、18.23,P均<0.05)。UA与TC、LDL-C两两均呈显著正相关关系(r=2.304、2.201,P均<0.05),UA与HDL-C两两均呈显著负相关关系(t=-2.456,P<0.05)。结论高尿酸血症患者HDL-C、LDL-C、TC水平异常,与疾病发生相关,可作用于疾病发病。
Objective To study the relationship between the combination of lipid indexes and hyperuricemia.Meth⁃ods The clinical data of 89 patients with hyperuricemia in Hongqi Hospital Affiliated to Mudanjiang Medical College from January 2020 to December 2022 were retrospectively analyzed.The patients were selected as the study group,and 89 healthy people in the same period were selected as the healthy group.The expression levels of high-density li⁃poprotein cholesterol(HDL-C),low-density lipoprotein cholesterol(LDL-Cx)and total cholesterol(TC)were detected,and the expression differences of each index and their correlation with disease occurrence were analyzed.Results Compared with the healthy group,the study group showed higher levels of TC(4.65±0.45)mmol/L and LDL-C(3.65±0.20)mmol/L,while HDL-C(1.14±0.23)mmol/L showed lower levels,the difference was statistically significant(t=4.057,14.008,13.309,all P<0.05).Divide into high uric acid group(>8 mg/dl)and low uric acid group(7-8 mg/dl)based on different levels of uric acid.Compared to the low uric acid group,the high uric acid group showed higher lev⁃els of TC(4.80±0.53)mmol/L and LDL-C(3.78±0.23)mmol/L,while HDL-C(0.90±0.16)mmol/L showed lower lev⁃els,the difference was statistically significant(t=4.301,8.339,18.23,all P<0.05).UA showed a significant positive correlation with TC and LDL-C(r=2.304,2.201,both P<0.05),while UA showed a significant negative correlation with HDL-C(t=-2.456,P<0.05).Conclusion The abnormal levels of HDL-C,LDL-C and TC in patients with hyper⁃uricemia are related to the occurrence of the disease and can play a role in the pathogenesis of the disease.
