摘要
目的分析2020—2022年凉州区重点人群尿碘检测结果。方法选取2020年1—12月武威市凉州区的200例儿童和100例孕妇为A组,2021年1—12月204例儿童和110例孕妇为B组,2022年1—12月206例儿童和100例孕妇为C组。统计及比较3组儿童及孕妇的尿碘水平及分布情况,并比较3组中不同性别儿童及不同孕期孕妇的检测结果。结果B组及C组的儿童尿碘中位数显著高于A组,3组的尿碘分布情况比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。3组孕妇的尿碘中位数及分布比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。3组中不同性别儿童及不同孕期孕妇的检测结果比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论武威市凉州区重点人群尿碘检测结果中,2021年儿童尿碘相对较高,而孕妇则无显著差异,应给予充分的重视及干预。
Objective To study and analyze the urine iodine test results of vulnerable population in Liangzhou District of Wuwei City from 2020 to 2022.Methods A total of 200 children and 100 pregnant women in Liangzhou District of Wuwei City from January 2020 to December 2020 were chosen as the group A,a total of 204 children and 110 pregnant women from January 2021 to December 2021 were chosen as the group B,a total of206 children and 100 pregnant women from January 2022 to December 2022 were chosen as the group C.Then the urinary iodine level and distribution situation of children and pregnant women in three groups were analyzed and compared,and the test results of children with different gender and pregnant women at different gestational periods in three groups were compared.Results The urine iodine median of children in group B and group C were significantly than that of group A,the urine iodine distribution situation of children in three groups were compared,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The urine iodine median and distribution situation of pregnant women in three groups were compared,the differences were not statistically significant(P>0.05).The test results of children with different gender and pregnant women at different gestational periods in three groups were compared,the differences were not statistically significant(P>0.05).Conclusion In urine iodine test results of vulnerable population in Liangzhou District of Wuwei City,the urine iodine of children in 2021 is relatively higher,and the differences of pregnant women are not statistically significant,so they should be paid to more attention and intervention.
