摘要
目的:分析社区规范化管理在高血压患者中的应用效果。方法:选取2021年5月—2022年5月北京市丰台区蒲黄榆社区卫生服务中心收治的120例高血压患者作为研究对象,以随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组,各60例。对照组采取常规管理,观察组采取社区规范化管理。比较两组患者血压水平、血压控制率、并发症发生情况。结果:干预前,两组收缩压与舒张压比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);干预后,两组收缩压、舒张压均低于干预前,且观察组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。干预前,两组血压控制率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);干预后,观察组血压控制率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组并发症总发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P=0.023)。结论:社区规范化管理在高血压患者中的应用效果理想,能够有效控制患者血压水平,降低并发症发生率。
Objective:To analyze the application effect of standardized community management in patients with hypertension.Methods:From May 2021 to May 2022,a total of 120 patients with hypertension who received treatment in Beijing Fengtai District Puhuangyu Community Health Service Center were selected as the study subjects.They were divided into observation group and control group according to random number table method,with 60 patients in each group.The control group received routine management and the observation group received standardized community management.The blood pressure level,blood pressure control rate and complications of the two groups were compared.Results:Before intervention,there was no significant difference in systolic blood pressure and diastolic blood pressure between the two groups(P>0.05);After intervention,the systolic blood pressure and diastolic blood pressure in the two groups were lower than those before intervention,and the levels in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Before intervention,there was no significant difference in the blood pressure control rate between the two groups(P>0.05);After intervention,the blood pressure control rate in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The total incidence of complications in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:In patients with hypertension,standardized community management has ideal application effect,and can effectively control the blood pressure levels of patients,and control the incidence of complications.
