摘要
目的:调查围绝经期女性围绝经期综合征发生情况及影响因素。方法:选取2021年11月—2023年2月北京市通州区北苑街道社区卫生服务中心收治的147例围绝经期女性作为研究对象,调查受试者围绝经期综合征发生情况以及一般资料,分析发生围绝经期综合征的影响因素。结果:Logistic回归分析显示,职业、妇科疾病史、慢性病史、焦虑状态、抑郁状态、社会支持障碍是围绝经期女性围绝经期综合征的独立影响因素(P<0.05)。结论:围绝经期女性围绝经期综合征发生率较高,职业、妇科疾病史、慢性病史、焦虑状态、抑郁状态、社会支持障碍是围绝经期女性围绝经期综合征的独立影响因素,社区需要从个人-家庭-社会多维度制定围绝经期女性健康指导方案,降低围绝经期女性围绝经期综合征发生风险。
Objective:To investigate the occurrence and influencing factors of perimenopausal syndrome in perimenopausal women.Methods:A total of one hundred and forty-seven perimenopausal women admitted to Beijing Tongzhou District Beiyuan Street Community Health Service Center from November 2021 to February 2023 were selected as the study objects.The incidence and general information of perimenopausal syndrome were investigated,and the influencing factors of perimenopausal syndrome were analyzed.Results:Logistic regression analysis showed that occupation,gynecological disease history,chronic medical history,anxiety state,depression state and social support disorder were independent influencing factors for perimenopausal women(P<0.05).Conclusion:The incidence of perimenopausal syndrome is higher in perimenopausal women.Occupation,gynecological disease history,chronic history,anxiety state,depression state and social support disorder are independent influencing factors of perimenopausal women.In order to reduce the risk of perimenopausal syndrome,the community needs to formulate a health guidance program for perimenopausal women from a multi-dimensional perspective of individual,family and society.
