摘要
目的:探讨PDCA循环法在中药饮片处方点评中的应用效果。方法:随机抽取2021年5—8月中药饮片处方400张作为对照组,随机抽取2021年9—12月中药饮片处方400张作为研究组。对照组采取常规管理,研究组实施PDCA循环法处方点评。比较两组不合理处方发生情况、处方合格率、患者满意度。结果:研究组经过第一个循环以及第二个循环后,单味药超量、特殊煎法未标注、适应证不适宜、配伍禁忌、中医诊断不明确、处方药味数>16味发生率均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组经过第一个循环以及第二个循环后,处方合格率均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组经过第一个循环以及第二个循环后,患者满意度评分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001)。结论:PDCA循环法在中药饮片处方点评中的应用效果良好,能够促进中药饮片处方的合理应用,提高患者满意度。
Objective:To explore the application effect of PDCA cycle method in the prescription review of Chinese herbal decoction pieces.Methods:A total of 400 prescriptions of Chinese herbal decoction pieces from May 2021 to August 2021 were randomly selected as the control group,and 400 prescriptions of Chinese herbal decoction pieces from September 2021 to December 2021 were randomly selected as the study group.The control group implemented routine management,and the study group implemented PDCA cycle method for prescription review.The occurrence of irrational prescription and patient satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results:After the first cycle and the second cycle,the incidences of single drug overdose,unlabeled special decoction method,inappropriate indications,compatibility contraindications,unclear TCM diagnosis,and>16 drugs in prescription in the study group were lower than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After the first cycle and the second cycle,the prescription pass rate in the study group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After the first cycle and the second cycle,the satisfaction scores of patients in the study group were higher than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.001).Conclusion:The PDCA cycle method has a good application effect in the prescription review of Chinese herbal decoction pieces,and can promote the rational application of the prescription of Chinese herbal decoction pieces and improve patient satisfaction.
