多技术融合的海上应急通信系统设计

摘要 海上作业环境恶劣、公网覆盖率低,为满足海上作业站点工作人员的语音数据交互需求,提出一种将卫星通信技术、无线MESH自组网技术以及无线一键通(Push to talk Over Cellular,POC)集群通信技术相结合的海上应急通信系统,分析系统组网架构,阐述系统特点,对今后海上应急通信系统建设有较强的参考价值。 The offshore working environment is harsh and the public network coverage is low. In order to meet the voice data interaction requirements of the offshore working station staff, this paper proposes a marine emergency communication system that combines satellite communication technology, wireless MESH Ad-Hoc networking technology and Push to talk Over Cellular(POC) cluster communication technology. The system networking architecture is analyzed and the system characteristics are expounded. It has a strong reference value for the construction of marine emergency communication system in the future.
