行政组织学案例教学模式的优化策略

摘要 在当前教育教学改革的大趋势下,如何实现课堂教学的提质增效已经成为教师应重点思考的问题。案例教学模式是一种以案例为切入点,通过讨论和分析案例来启发学生思维,提高学生能力的教学模式。该模式在当前的行政组织学教学中也得到了普遍应用。然而,从行政组织学案例教学模式的实施现状来看,还存在着案例选择的科学性不强、教学过程中评定分析难度较大、教学组织效率不高等现实问题。基于此,文章具体结合当下案例教学模式在行政组织学中的实施困境,提出相应的优化策略,希望为相关教师提供一定的参考,从而促进行政组织学案例教学模式的提质增效。 Under the current general trend of education and teaching reform,how to improve the quality and efficiency of classroom teaching has become an issue that teachers need to focus on.The case-based teaching model is a teaching model that uses cases as an entry point to inspire students’thinking and improve students’abilities through discussion and analysis of cases.This model is also commonly used in current teaching of Administrative Organization.However,judging from the current implementation status of the case-based teaching model in Administrative Organization,there are still practical problems such as the lack of scientific case selection,the difficulty of assessment and analysis in the teaching process,and the low efficiency of teaching organization.Based on this,the article specifically combines the current implementation difficulties of the case-based teaching model in Administrative Organization,and proposes corresponding optimization strategies,hoping to provide certain reference for relevant teachers,thereby promoting the quality and efficiency of the case-based teaching model in Administrative Organization.
