摘要
研发一种新型40.5 kV大容量高压开关设备,适用于电网电流大、分断能力高的配用电场所。在现有产品的基础上创新设计,重新开发了核心元件大容量真空灭弧室及配套驱动单元弹簧机构,全面系统地解决整柜的绝缘及温升问题,成功研发出40.5 kV电压等级里参数最高的高压开关设备,产品已在光伏发电工程项目中获得应用,市场前景良好。
The present work developed a new type of 40.5 kV high-capacity and high-voltage switchgear suitable for power distribution locations with high grid current and high breaking capacity.Based on the innovative design of existing products,it redeveloped the core component of large capacity vacuum arc extinguishing chamber and the supporting driving unit spring mechanism,thereby comprehensively and systematically solving the insulation and temperature rise problems of the entire cabinet.The developed switchgear has the highest electric parameters in high-voltage switching equipment at 40.5 kV voltage level,and has been applied to photovoltaic generation projects,exhibiting a certain market prospect.
