摘要
我国高校辅导员荣誉体系的历史演进大致可分为孕育期、初创期、发展期,其发展历程有一些特征,如从“临时性”到“专门化”,由“单一性”到“综合性”,由“不定期”到“经常性”,由“含糊性”到“规范性”。笔者认为,高校辅导员荣誉体系碎片化、荣誉评选标准同质化文本化、荣誉表彰扁平化、荣誉获得率两极化等现象,面向未来,应致力于构建高校辅导员荣誉制度和体系,优化辅导员荣誉评选标准和流程,完善辅导员荣誉管理机制。
A review of the historical evolution of the honor of college counselors in my country found that the development process has changed from temporary to specialization,from singularity to comprehensiveness in structure,from irregular to frequent in frequency,from vagueness to normative in awarding requirements.Facing the dilemma of counselor s honor system fragmentation,honor selection standard homogenization,honor recognition flatness,honor acquisition rate polarization and so on.Facing the future,we should devote ourselves to constructing the honor system and system of college counselors,optimizing the standard and process of honor selection,and perfecting the management and incentive mechanism of counselors honor.
