摘要
为解决某TBM在大埋深、高地应力地层掘进时出现的主驱动密封多次失效的设备故障问题,首先分析大埋深、高地应力对TBM主驱动的不利影响,以及主驱动密封失效原因,提出主驱动密封系统结构优化方案;针对TBM大埋深掘进难题,采取增加主驱动防尘挡板和增加皮带溜渣板等设备优化措施。采用本文提出的基于大埋深TBM掘进工况下的主驱动防积渣工艺措施以及主驱动密封结构改造方案,顺利解决了现场主驱动密封失效问题,保障了设备的高效运行,可为后续类似TBM故障处理提供参考。
To address the equipment fault of multiple failures of the main drive seal during excavation in a TBM project with large burial depth and high ground stress,firstly,the adverse effects of large burial depth and high ground stress on the TBM main drive and the reasons for the failure of the main drive seal were analyzed,and an optimization plan for the main drive seal system was proposed.In response to the difficult problem of TBM deep excavation,measures such as adding main drive dustproof baffles and adding belt slagging plates had been proposed to prevent slag accumulation.The main drive anti slag accumulation measures and main drive sealing structure transformation plan proposed in this article based on the excavation condition of large buried depth TBM successfully solve the problem of on-site main drive sealing failure,ensure the efficient operation of on-site equipment,and provide a reference for similar TBM faults treatment in the future.
