摘要
在推动公立医院高质量发展过程中,如何落实党建引领,如何牢固树立“大抓基层”的鲜明导向,如何健全机制强化公立医院基层党支部战斗堡垒作用,是当前公立医院面临的重要课题。分析了党支部战斗堡垒作用的内涵机制,并通过构建党支部标准化规范化建设体系、健全党员干部培训教育体系、构建“1+1+N”党建品牌体系,为更好激发党支部战斗堡垒作用提供借鉴参考。
In the new era and new situation,in the process of promoting the high-quality development of public hospitals,how to implement the guidance of Party building,how to firmly establish a clear orientation of grasping the grassroots,how to improve the mechanism to strengthen the role of the grassroots Party branch of public hospitals is an important issue facing the current public hospitals.This paper sorted out the development process of Party branches and the connotation mechanism of the role of the Party branch fighting fortress,through the construction of the standardization and standardization Party branch construction system,improving the training and education system of Party members and cadres,and building the"1+1+N"Party building brand system,to provide a reference for better stimulating the role of Party branch fighting fortress.
