摘要
目的:分析四川省内各医院职务专利申请转化情况,揭示省内各医院在创新能力和技术实力方面的优势和不足,提出相应的建议和对策,促进省内各医院专利质量效率及创新能力提升。方法:通过国家知识产权局专利检索分析系统,采用层面检索、多重比较和相关性分析,对省内各医院的申请及转化专利多项数据进行检索分析研究。结果:省内各医院专利申请逐年增长,专利以实用新型为主,国外专利布局少,转化率低,省域内医院创新能力相差较大。结论:省内各医院需加大对创新的投入和机制建设,注重专利质量提升和商业化前景评估,拓展技术优势领域,促进专利成果转化,整体提升省内各医院创新能力,助力医院高质量发展。
Objective:This study aims to analyze the patent application conversion of various hospitals in Sichuan Province(referred to as"hospitals within Sichuan province"),revealing the strengths and weaknesses of hospitals within Sichuan province in terms of innovation capability and technological strength.It also provides corresponding suggestions and strategies to promote the improvement of patent quality,efficiency,and innovation capability of hospitals within Sichuan province.Methods:The National Intellectual Property Administration patent retrieval and analysis system was used for a comprehensive analysis of the patent application and conversion data of hospitals within Sichuan province.Layered retrieval,multiple comparisons,and correlation analysis were conducted.Results:The patent applications of hospitals within Sichuan province have been increasing year by year,with utility models being the main type of patents.The layout of foreign patents is limited,and the conversion rate is low.The innovation capabilities of hospitals within Sichuan Province vary greatly and there is a certain gap compared to Guangdong Province.Conclusion:Hospitals within Sichuan province need to increase investment in innovation and mechanism construction,focus on improving patent quality and evaluating commercial prospects,expand technological advantages,promote the transformation of patent achievements,and overall enhance the innovation capability of hospitals within Sichuan province,thereby assisting in the high-quality development of hospitals.
