基于BIM技术的南充高坪机场改扩建项目智能建造技术及应用

摘要 BIM技术作为一种集成的数字建模工具,已广泛应用在建筑工程领域,并在项目管理、协作、可视化和信息共享方面带来了革命性的变革。本研究搭建了基于BIM技术的智能建造框架,提出了基于BIM技术的智能建造平台,将其应用于建筑全寿命周期,对整个设计、运维阶段进行优化控制,并对施工过程进行动态监控、实时反馈,形成管理闭环。本研究基于BIM技术的智能建造技术在南充高坪机场改扩建项目中的应用,与传统施工模式相比,施工质量、效率和可持续性都得到了显著提升。BIM技术的应用为南充高坪机场改扩建项目的顺利实施提供了重要支撑,同时也为类似建筑工程项目的管理和实施提供了经验和启示。 As an integrated digital modeling tool,the BIM technology has been widely used in construction engineering,and brought revolutionary changes in project management,collaboration,visualization and information sharing.In this study,an intelligent construction framework was built based on the BIM technology,and an intelligent construction platform based on BIM technology was proposed and applied in the whole lifecycle of buildings for optimization and control of the whole design,operation and maintenance stages,as well as dynamic monitoring and real-time feedback of the construction process,thus forming a closed loop of management.The intelligent construction technology based on the BIM technology was applied in the renovation and expansion project of Nanchong Gaoping Airport.Compared with the conventional construction mode,the construction quality,efficiency and sustainability have been significantly improved.The application of the BIM technology provides important support for successful completion of the renovation and expansion project of Nanchong Gaoping Airport,and experience and inspiration for management and implementation of similar construction projects.
