机场大跨度空间钢结构拆建方案模拟优化与监测技术研究 被引量:1

摘要 以南充机场大跨度空间钢结构为例,基于MIDAS有限元软件,建立仿真分析模型,进行施工全过程模拟仿真计算分析,得到影响结构施工安全的应力、应力和变形等关键因素;并根据计算结果优化方案,指导拆装、加固和施工全过程;然后运用智能监测技术,实现数据实时监测与预警。结果表明:通过拆除与加固施工优化及设计,直接降低加固量约50%;施工全过程仿真模拟结合智能监测技术,可有效提高机场大跨度钢结构施工的安全性。研究成果对机场大跨度空间钢结构施工安全及方案优化具有一定的参考作用。 Taking the long-span space steel structure of Nanchong Airport as an example,a simulation analysis model is established based on MIDAS finite element software for simulation calculation and analysis of the whole construction process,to obtain key factors affecting the safety of structure construction,such as the stress,strain and deformation.The scheme is optimized according to calculation results,to guide the whole process of demolition,reinforcement and construction.Then the intelligent monitoring technology is used for real-time data monitoring and warning.Results showed:Through the construction optimization and design of demolition and reinforcement,the reinforcement quantity was directly reduced by nearly 50%.A combination of the simulation and intelligent monitoring technologies in the whole construction process can effectively improve the construction safety of largespan steel structures in airports.The research results is of reference significance for the construction safety and scheme optimization of long-span steel structures in airports.
