利用OpenTrack软件进行UIC406铁路通过能力计算研究

摘要 不同国家地区对铁路通过能力计算的理念和方法存在差异性,在海外轨道交通项目中,业主及咨询商经常要求运营商以UIC406计算铁路通过能力的方法评估铁路能力。不同于其他借鉴或使用UIC406概念的铁路通过能力演变计算方法,利用OpenTrack软件的相关功能可以实现并呈现UIC406提供的铁路通过能力计算过程,并对不同情形下的铁路通过能力进行评估,计算和评估过程简便且高效,评估结果在国际轨道交通运营领域认可度较高,为海外轨道交通运营项目的顺利开展提供支持。 There are differences in the concepts and methods of calculating railway capacity among different countries and regions.In overseas rail transit projects,the owner and the consultant often require the operator to evaluate railway capacity by using the UIC406 method of calculating railway capacity.Unlike other railway capacity evolution calculation methods that based on the concept of UIC406,the relevant functions of OpenTrack software can be used to realize and present the railway capacity calculation process provided by UIC406,and evaluate the railway capacity under different situations.The calculation and evaluation process are simple and efficient.The evaluation results are highly recognized in the international rail transit operation field,that provide support for the implementation of overseas rail transit operation projects.
