摘要
文章基于2014—2018年内蒙古地区各盟市雷电灾害历史资料,利用GIS技术建立了雷电灾害空间分布和地闪密度、平均地闪强度、土壤电导率、地形变化、土地利用、GDP密度以及人口密度等7个影响因素的数据库,将数据库要素转换为5 km×5 km的栅格数据,并统计各因素不同区间内发生雷电灾害的栅格数目,计算其与雷电灾害的相关性系数,确定各影响因素为越大越优型指标还是越小越优型指标。最后,利用熵权法计算以上影响因素的权重,得到它们对雷电灾害形成的相对价值。结果显示:内蒙古地区雷电灾害事故呈“东北多、西南少”分布,平原、丘陵地区为雷电灾害易发地区;居民、工矿、城乡用地与雷电灾害产生具有较大相关;人口集中程度、GDP密度指数与雷电灾害产生有重要关系。
Based on the historical data of lightning disasters in all leagues(cities)in Inner Mongolia from 2014 to 2018,a database of spatial distribution of lightning disasters and seven influencing factors,including ground lightning density,average ground lighting intensity,soil conductivity,terrain change,land use,GDP density,and population density,was established using GIS technology.The data elements were converted to 5 km×5 km raster data,and the number of raster with lightning disasters occurring in different intervals for each factors was counted.The correlation coefficient between lightning disasters and those numbers were calculated to determine whether the influencing factors are the larger the better type indicators or the smaller the better type indicators.Finally,the entropy weight method was used to calculate the weights of all those above influencing factors to estimate their impacts on the formation of lightning disasters.The results showed that the distribution of lightning disasters and accidents in Inner Mongolia was more in the northeast and less in the southwest,meanwhile,plains and hilly areas were lighting-prone areas.Residents,industrial and mining areas,urban and rural land use had great correlation with the occurrence of lightning disasters.Population concentration and GDP density were closely related to the occurrence of lightning disasters.
