摘要
针对“育鹏”轮标模波浪增阻基准试验,开展试验数据的不确定度分析方法研究。采用ISO-GUM方法和ITTC规程对波浪增阻试验过程中的不确定度源进行梳理分析,使用半经验SNNM方法和STF切片法对与波浪增阻和运动响应相关的部分不确定度源进行灵敏度系数评估,给出了典型波长下“育鹏”轮标模波浪增阻测试结果的不确定度。研究发现:在相同工况下,波浪增阻的测量不确定度明显大于垂荡和纵摇的测量不确定度;测力传感器标定、时历数据处理和重复性试验是影响增阻试验不确定度的主要因素,船体外形、重心惯量调试和航速等对测试结果的不确定度影响相对较小;短波增阻的不确定度明显大于中、长波情况。
This study analysis the uncertainty of the wave added resistance experiment of YUPENG model in heading regular wave.Uncertainty analysis based on ITTC Recommended Procedures and Guidelines,adopted with the method used by the ISO GUM was conducted.The semi-empirical SNNM method and strip method were used to evaluate the sensitivity coefficient for the source of uncertainty of added resistance and ship motion.The assessment results are summarized for several typical wave conditions,the analysis results show that the uncertainty of added resistance is greater than that of motion.The calibration coefficient of the force sensors,data processing and repeated test is quite important for wave added resistance experiment.The uncertainty induced by ship lines,height of gravity center,model velocity and measurement devices could be ignored.The percentage of uncertainty in short wave case is larger than moderate and long-wavelength conditions.
