基于响应面法脉冲涡流传感器结构优化设计

摘要 研究了脉冲涡流检测技术的传感器,对传感器结构参数进行优化设计,主要针对锥型骨架、线圈、磁芯和绝缘体。借助响应面法和有限元分析法对聚焦传感器和传统传感器进行对比分析,结果表明:磁聚焦传感器在磁感应强度上比传统传感器提高28.41%,聚焦范围缩小66.6%,计算结果在误差范围内,表明优化后的聚焦传感器结构合理可行,进一步为脉冲涡流探头设计提供参考价值。 The sensor of pulse eddy current testing technology is studied,and the structural parameters of the sensor are optimized.The sensor is mainly composed of conical skeleton,coil,magnetic core and insulator.The results show that the magnetic induction intensity of the magnetic focusing sensor is 28.41%higher than that of the traditional sensor,and the focusing range is reduced by 66.6%.The calculation results are within the error range,indicating that the optimized focusing sensor structure is reasonable and feasible.It further provides reference value for the design of pulse eddy current probe.
