摘要
以相似度较高的檀香紫檀(Pterocarpus santalinus)和染料紫檀(Pterocarpus tinctorius)为研究对象,采用宏观观察、显微红外反射光谱、能量色散X射线光谱(EDX)探索快速无损鉴别两者的方法,并辅以传统微观识别、电感耦合等离子体发射光谱(ICP-OES)予以验证。研究结果表明:(1)檀香紫檀材质细腻,材色绚丽,木材油性较足,轴向薄壁组织丰富,可在弦切面观察到鸡翅状花纹,新切面香味明显。而染料紫檀材质略粗糙,材色暗淡,油性较差,轴向薄壁组织呈断续带状,多散发青草味、泥土味、臭咸鱼味等;(2)显微红外光谱(反射法)测试发现,两者均可见1060cm-1等附近的反射峰,但无明显指纹性鉴别特征;(3)EDX测试结果显示,檀香紫檀Sr质量分数均高于1%,而染料紫檀Sr含量未达到检测限,该特征可作为二者的指纹性鉴别特征;(4)ICP-OES测试结果显示,檀香紫檀中Ca、K、Sr含量高于染料紫檀,且区别明显。印证了Sr元素的赋存特征可作为檀香紫檀和染料紫檀的指纹性鉴别特征,而两者的Ca、K元素特征可作为辅助鉴别特征。
Using Pterocarpus santalinus and Pterocarpus tinctorius with high similarity as research objects.Macroscopic observation,micro infrared reflectance spectroscopy and energy dispersive X-ray spectroscopy(EDX)were used to explore the methods for rapid and nondestructive identification of the two,which were verified by traditional microscopic identification and inductively coupled plasma emission spectroscopy(ICP-OES).The results showed that:(1)Pterocarpus santalinus is delicate in texture,gorgeous in color,sufficient in oil,the longitudinal parenchayma is rich,in tangential section chicken wing patterns can be observed sometimes,and has obvious fragrance in the new section,etc.While the Pterocarpus tinctorius is slightly rough in texture,darker in color,poorer in oil,the longitudinal parenchayma is intermittent band shaped,and has a loose smell of green grass,earth or salty fish smelly,etc.;(2)Both micro infrared reflectance spectra showed reflection peaks around 1060 cm-1,without obvious fingerprint identification features;(3)The EDX test results showed that the Sr content of Pterocarpus santalinus was higher than 1 wt%,while the Sr element of Pterocarpus tinctorius did not meet the detection limit.This feature can be used as a fingerprint feature to distinguish the two;(4)The ICP-OES test results showed that the Ca,K,and Sr contents in Pterocarpus santalinus were significantly higher than those in Pterocarpus tinctorius,and the differences were significant,confirming that the occurrence characteristics of Sr elements can be used as fingerprint identification features to distinguish Pterocarpus santalinus and Pterocarpus tinctorius,while the Ca and K element characteristics of the two can be used as auxiliary identification features.
