摘要
目的 比较一次性根管治疗与传统分期根管治疗在乳牙龋齿患儿中的临床效果。方法 采用随机对照试验方法,纳入2021年1月至2023年11月我院收治的150例首次接受根管治疗的乳牙龋齿患儿,试验组(75例)接受一次性根管治疗,对照组(75例)接受传统分期根管治疗,比较两种方法的治疗成功率、患儿舒适度(VAS)、治疗时间、并发症发生率。结果 试验组治疗成功率高于对照组(96.0%vs.92.0%),患儿疼痛评分低于对照组,治疗时间短于对照组,并发症发生率低于对照组(5.3%vs.12.0%),差异均有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论 一次性根管治疗在乳牙龋齿患儿的治疗中表现出较传统分期根管治疗更优的临床效果,可以提高治疗成功率、减少治疗不适、缩短治疗用时和降低并发症发生率。
Objective To compare the clinical effects of disposable root canal therapy with traditional staged root canal therapy in children with dental caries.Methods A randomized controlled trial was conducted,which included 150 children with caries in the deciduous teeth who received root canal therapy for the first time from January 2021 to November 2023,and the test group(75 cases) received disposable root canal therapy,while the control group(75 cases) received traditional staged root canal therapy,to compare the treatment success rate,the comfort level of the children(VAS),the treatment time,and the incidence of complications of the two methods.Results The treatment success rate of the experimental group was higher than that of the control group(96.0% vs.92.0%),the pain scores of the children were lower than that of the control group,the treatment time was shorter than that of the control group,and the complication rate was lower than that of the control group(5.3% vs.12.0%),and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusions Disposable root canal therapy in the treatment of children with caries in the deciduous teeth showed better clinical results than the traditional staged root canal therapy,especially in improving the treatment success rate,reducing treatment discomfort,shortening the treatment time and reducing the complication rate.
